The layer consist of Sakura Roku Gin Ice Cream, Sakura Roku Gin Jelly, Sakura Strawberry Jam, Sakura Sponge, Sakura Crumble and caramelized biscuit base.

7 years ago, my first trip to Japan coincide to a earlier Full SAKURA Bloom and I was amazed by the Japanese innovation for making food like Sakura Cocktail, Sakura Ice Cream and Sakura Lychee Macaron. Unfortunately Japan are not open to tourist now, so here’s Our way to bring the experience of Sakura to you in a form of Roku Gin Sakura Ice Cream Cake.
