    The name says it all “The Best Homemade Alcoholic Cake” indeed! Ordered their Signature Baileys Choc Mousse cake, and to my surprise, the combination of Baileys blends really well with the rich choc flavour.     Cake Tella offers a range of premium cakes that will definitely suit your taste buds for online cake delivery. Our cakes contain eggs, dairy, and alcoholic cakes contain legitimate alcohol. Cake messages (up to 5 words) are written with peanut butter on a piece of chocolate and you can write whichever words that you want to by indicating it while placing a online cake order.

    • Crepe cakes are essentially layered cakes with cream in between each layer. What is different in each crepe cake is the flavour and texture of it. For example, our Apple Crumble Crepe cake has bits of apple jam in it and it is topped with our homemade biscuit crumble while the pandan kaya crepe cake is filled with pandan kaya cream and topped with toasted coconut crumble.

    How can I order the cakes from Cake Tella?

    You can place your order on our website and upon a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

    Can I walk-in to the store to get the cakes?

    We do not accept walk-in orders. Place an order on our website and select pickup/delivery.

    Is there an option for cake delivery?

    Yes, we deliver to most area in Klang Valley(40KM from our store) – Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Kajang, Cheras, Ampang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Seri Kembangan, Shah Alam, Klang (excluding Port Klang), Wangsa Maju, Subang, and Puchong. We outsource our delivery to GoGet.

    My area is not listed as one of the delivery locations. What can I do?

    You can opt to self-pickup the cake in our store when placing an order on our website.

    Where can I collect the cakes?

    You can collect it from our store at 31, Jalan SS 26/15, Taman Mayang Jaya, 47301 Selangor or Key in Cake Tella in Waze/Google Map. If you are lost, please Whatsapp us at +0162456580!

    What do I need to bring to collect the cakes?

    Monday to Saturday, between 10am – 4pm.

    What are the delivery charges?

    Please key in your full address while checking out to get the exact shipping charges on your cake delivery.

    What happens when there is no one to collect the cakes when they are delivered?

    In the event where the cake is not collected, you can opt to collect the cakes in store or we will contact you to re-arrange another delivery to the same location. Additional charges will apply for a re-delivery.

    What are the payment modes available?

    We do not accept cash on delivery. All orders have to be paid online via our website. We accept Credit/Debit cards, online banking transfers (eg. CIMB, UOB, OCBC), and other 3rd party payment services (eg. Grab Pay, Boost, Touch n Go). All orders will only be processed once payment has been made successfully.

    Can I cancel or postpone the delivery of my cake order?

    Yes you can however we will only refund the money in points which you can use to order cakes next round.

    How late can I place an order for cakes?

    Minimum 2 working days in advance. We work from Monday – Saturday. If you need your cake on Saturday, Thursday is the latest you can place an order. We have next day cakes too but limited choice available

    How late can I place an order for cakes?

    1 working day before delivery for ‘limited cake selection’ and 2 working days before delivery for ‘full range of cakes available’. – can remove this

    I have an urgent cake order. What can I do?

    Please WhatsApp us at +0162456580 for urgent orders. We cannot promise that we will be able to rush the order for you, but we will definitely try our best!

    FAQs - Cakes And Storage

    Can I store my cake at room temperature?

    All our cakes except for ice cream cake must be stored in a fridge. In the event where you are collecting the cake from our store and it will be left in the car, the cake can last for an hour plus (with air-conditioned on)(Ice cream cake less than an hour). Our cakes are best consumed after taking it out directly from the fridge and not at room temperature or an air-conditioned environment.

    I will be bringing the cake outside of the fridge for more than an hour after self-collect. What can I do?

    We can provide a reusable ice bag and dry ice at an additional charge. Please add the items to your cart when making your cake purchase (under ‘add-ons’).

    Are there any ingredients which I should take note of?

    All our cakes contain eggs and dairy. The alcoholic cakes contain alcohol and some of them contain chocolate. Cakes with messages on it are written with peanut butter.

    Can I customise my cake?

    We do not accept any customisation for now, but you can write a short message on the cake (up to 5 words).
